Getting back into deadlifting. I have had a ton of issues with my neck causing problems for me. Chiropractor has been readjusting a lot. I have no natural cervical curve (flat neck syndrome) had an X-ray done to confirm it. My job requires me to move/transfer paitents all day. My neck and back get strained even with careful lifting techniques I'm technically"deadlifting" a person. Can't always use a Hoyer and mechanical stand. So focusing on my form with deadlifts. 145lbs is nothing for me.
