Pembayaran dilakukan di awal (full payment) setelah pesanan dikonfirmasi. Full payment is required after the order has been confirmed.

Maksimal pembayaran adalah 1 × 24 jam setelah melakukan konfirmasi. Pesanan akan otomatis dibatalkan apabila melewati batas waktu. Payment must be completed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders will be automatically canceled if the payment deadline is missed.

Sistem antrean menggunakan metode first paid, first served. Queue slots are handled on a first paid, first served basis.

Mohon sertakan brief dan referensi yang jelas saat melakukan pemesanan. (khusus custom) Please provide a clear brief and references when placing a custom order.

Revisi minor diperbolehkan maksimal 2 kali setelah hasil dikirim. (khusus custom) Up to two minor revisions are allowed after the final result has been delivered. (Custom orders only)

Perubahan konsep atau permintaan tambahan di luar brief awal dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan. (khusus custom) Major changes to the concept or additional requests outside the original brief may require extra charges. (Custom orders only.)

Estimasi pengerjaan menyesuaikan jumlah antrean dan tingkat kesulitan pesanan. Completion time depends on the current queue and the complexity of the order.

Pesanan prioritas (rush order) hanya tersedia sesuai ketersediaan slot dan dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan. Priority orders (rush orders) are available only if slots are open and may require an additional fee.

Tidak ada refund setelah proses pengerjaan dimulai. Refunds are not available once the work has started.

Tidak ada refund akibat perubahan karakter, pergantian face claim, kehilangan minat (loss of muse), hiatus, atau alasan pribadi lainnya. Refunds will not be granted due to character changes, face claim changes, loss of muse, hiatus, or any other personal reasons.

Hasil edit akan dikirim melalui gdrive link. Mohon menyimpan file yang telah diterima. Finished files will be delivered through a Google Drive link. Please make sure to save your files after receiving them.

ARCANACORE berhak menolak pesanan yang melanggar hak cipta, aturan platform, atau berada di luar cakupan layanan. ARCANACORE reserves the right to reject orders that violate copyright laws, platform rules, or fall outside the scope of our services.

Barangsiapa yang terbukti melakukan inspo, memperjualbelikan kembali, dan meniru akan dikenakan denda sebesar IDR 250K/item. Any unauthorized copying, imitation, tracing, excessive referencing ("inspo"), or resale of ARCANACORE's works will result in a penalty fee of IDR 250,000 per item.
