Sometimes we care too much about how we’re seen by others, focusing on influenced views of ourselves and neglecting to accept who we truly are without trying to meet the world’s expectations. People aren’t medicine. Only you can heal your soul.

I believe that kindness is the universal language. When someone does something kind it is understood despite language barriers or cultural differences. We should really communicate with kindness more often.

When the world is in shambles, it is important for its people to remain united.

You’ll have bad times, but it’ll always wake you up to the good stuff you weren’t paying attention to.

Remind yourself that it’s OK not to be perfect.

Being brave doesn’t mean you aren’t scared. Being brave means you are scared, really scared, badly scared, and you do the right thing anyway.

We cannot learn without pain.

Nobody is superior. Nobody is inferior. People are simply unique. Incomparable. You are you. I am I. I have to contribute my potential to life. You have to contribute your potential to life. I have to discover my own being. You have to discover your own being.

It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary.
