He had his hands in his pockets as he stood between her and the forest out in the open. It was rare for someone to wander this far north. He had taken note of her weapon. As far as she would be able to tell, he had none. “Greetings.” His voice calm, collected. He had a sinking feeling that she would not attack if he didn’t. The weapon looked like it was designed for taking heads.

The yordle smiled, offering her hand to Diana. “I could show you, if you like. Theres a field I know, and there are some flowers there that come out at night time…” The sorceress looked hopeful, ears flattened. 

Her hesitation was clear. The woman wasn’t used to physical contact. Nor did she ever expect such a friendly encounter.
