the era of bending is over

out of character: I know that I am role-playing Amon (and regret nothing) but, to be honest I am getting really tired of seeing post about how upset everyone is that Lin lost her bending. Instead of being upset can't we remember what she brought to the show? She gave up her mothers legacy so she could help the Avatar fight. Let's also not forget that Lin gave her life (pretty much) to help the last Airbenders because she didn't want to see them fall. I know we are all upset that she lost her bending, but I ask that you just remember WHY she did it. You also all need to remember that Amon is the BAD GUY, you cannot tell me you didn't at least have a slight chance of seeing this coming. To be honest, I don't feel angry. I felt a bit sad but, now that has passed. If anything I feel honored at the thought of having a character like Lin BeiFong by my side. 

out of character: not sure why everyone is getting mad at amon. he was everyone's favorite yesterday. If you didn't see it coming that he was going to take her bending then--surprise. It is sad though, but was bound to happen.
