Blissbarb RoR is interesting because they're typically not meant to be the kind of ranged threat that Chaos armies would want to add, unlike the Helsmith artillery RoR, or even Skaven's one. Usually they tend to soften targets or play into the Hedonites' gamestyle, so I'm curious to see how that works.
Still, looking over it, with the latest Nurgle expansion, only Tzeentch would probably care about a cavalry RoR, while this does still work to allow Khorne, S2D, and Nurgle better access to ranged damage.
As for the AoR's, it's always fun to see the AoR's based completely around one character but give them enough to make that a major threat. Still worried that Siggy might be a little deceptively squishy even with his "get down mr president" ability since the mortals in Hedonites don't have a huge health pool (the missing Slickblades on foot unit hinted from the Underworlds kit feels even more like a gap in the army now, since this probably wants you to run either the Myrmidesh/Twinsouls or the painfully old cavalry models here).
Love the Twins, giving the ward saves to the twin who didn't take damage is so petty.
