rora: I am really feeling it thanks to those fancy little drinks they had there, or maybe i shouldn't be drinking the same way i did when i was sixteen

rora: sounds like you might need something greasy to soak up all the booze you had lol

rora: it's no big deal, they were okay, i guess? got into a little altercation, but it's fine now

gabe: that doesn't sound... good?

gabe: or it might just all come back up ㅋㅋㅋ

Rora: i was going to say goodbye to you at the party but got caught up with some things

gabe: mmm... i think i'll be ok. ari didn't see fit to stand next to my bed with a pot and wooden spoon and beat them together until i got up...

gabe: which is how she normally wakes up my ass when i'm hung over

Aurora hadn’t felt this carefree and lost in an innocent moment like this in what felt like years. The last time was probably when she first met Ethan at one of their questionable parties that she had snuck out to. Feeling his forehead being pressed up against hers, it didn’t take them long to get lost in their embraces once more. “Do you want to spend the rest of tonight kissing, or do you want to find something else to do?” she asked. 

“Really? When you came over to get some Christmas goodies?” Aurora giggled again like a small child. This interaction seemed so innocent and carefree - something that the blonde had so desperately needed. She doubted that nothing would probably come out from this, but it was still nice to experience this. “Well, it’s a good thing you’re redeeming yourself now,” she adds on before planting another firm kiss to his lips. 

she sways to the music mindlessly , already a few drinks in as restless thoughts are at bay for once. she’s a few drinks in, enough to make her tipsy though more than anything it has put her in a mellow state. not really paying attention to anything or anyone until she feels someone crashing into her. it takes her a moment as she blinks at him, trying to process what just happened. she shakes her head no as she looks down at herself. nope, she’s fine. “you’re good,” she laughs, “are you?”

         ❝  SO I’M A REGULAR ,  NOT A FRIEND ?  wow  gabe ,  way  to  hurt  me !  ❞  the  singer  teased ,  sticking  her  tongue  out  as  she  unwrapped  one  of  the  lollipops .  ❝  sure ,  why  not ?  i  hardly  ever  get  to  put  stuff  on  my  tab  anyway ,  there’s  always  someone  looking  to  buy  me  a  drink .  ❞  which  cathy  didn’t  mind ,  though  she  was  often  more  interested  in  the  drink  than  in  the  person .  ❝  don’t  show  up  with  an  empty  stomach  though ,  you  might  end  up  hurting  yourself  &  i’m  not  qualified  to  nurse  someone  back  to  sobriety ,  ❞  or  to  nurse  in  general .
