The Bug Cove

I'm thrilled to announce that I am part of a project made by @teh-ches-noddle.

It is a fanmade Silksong mod where you can play as Phantom in the game. I find the effort the creators put into this absolutely incredible and I'm very excited to see how our work turns out in-game.

I wonder if she chose to bind herself because it’s a similar fate to the one of The Hollow Knight

God, I love how both she and the PK are so overcome by guilt they stopped living (in one case literally and in the other she’s just surviving)

I think that she leans into the treating her children as mindless vessels to cope with the fact that they’re sentient. Or maybe she leans into only using them only for her own benefit because that’s how she perceives herself. Like, I did this horrible thing -> therefore I’m a horrible person -> this is how horrible people act, so I’m gonna act that way. Despite her own feelings about it

I need to know her motivations

Really liked this moment in Silksong. Possibly my favorite part of Act 2 :-)

Also an experiment in painting and going lineless. Pretty proud of it!
