" The search for the Missing Unicorn began in New York City in the Fall of 2010 where 1000s of fliers were posted and millions of people from over 120 countries participated by leaving messages on the Unicorn Hotline, visiting the website, and uploading images of their sightings. The Unicorn was frequently seen in Manhattan as well as throughout the five boroughs over a few months, and then seemed to vanish until being sighted in the Midwest over a short period of time. Numerous sightings across Canada followed and then, somehow, the Missing Unicorn gained passage to Australia in the Winter of 2011, where people from Perth to Sydney reported sightings. In the Spring of 2011, the Unicorn turned up in and around the city of lovers—Paris! Outrageous calls poured into the hotline and photographs to the website before the Unicorn vanished yet again. Mysteriously and more than a year later, the Missing Unicorn surfaced running with the Connemara Ponies in the West of Ireland! All of the many reported sightings began on September 11, 2012 and came from County Galway on the Emerald Isle. The citizens of Ireland provided clues from all over the country however the elusive unicorn had not been seen for many months. All of sudden it seems the Unicorn may be on the East Coast of the United States in the tiny state of Rhode Island in its capital city…Providence.
