SERAPHINE Giveaway (4/14/17-4/16/17)

I had this idea for a story about kids with superpowers for a few years, and during Nanowrimo 2015, I actually wrote the first third of that story! As of a few days ago, I posted chapter 13, which is the halfway point in the story, and to celebrate, I’m doing a giveaway of Pokemon themed after the main characters!

The Pokemon I’m giving away today are:

Seraphine the Delphox. An easy pick since her powers revolve around fire and the brain power required to use them

Mikey the Alolan Raichu. Telekinetic surfer bro, enough said

Adrian the Medicham. One of the few Pokemon who can learn ‘Mind Reader’ and the only psychic type that can, perfect for a mind reader

Willow the Lilligant. Adorable grassy dancer.

Marina the Vaporeon. Any water type works, but I thought Vaporeon was the best choice for her.

Mary the Alakazam. ~teleport~

Maddie the Ralts. Tiny empathy Pokemon for the tiny reverse empath.

and Emmeret the Machamp (who has been given away before in a different giveaway). Strong guy, that’s about it

To get these Pokemon:

-Deposit a female Oricorio named Captain into the GTS

-Ask for a one of the Pokemon shown above. You can get all of them! 

*level and gender locking not required but recommended, especially with Ralts.

-Wait for me to trade you!

I don’t keep track of how many each person takes, so you can get as many as you want, just be reasonable and don’t ask for like ten or more. I can and will clone more, so don’t worry about me running out. 

This giveaway starts at 2:30pm PDT Friday April 14th and goes until 11:59pm PDT Sunday April 16th. I will post when I am taking breaks, pausing the giveaway, or sleeping, but feel free to send me an ask if you’ve been in the GTS for a while. It’ll be a slow giveaway, but everyone will get traded eventually!

Tag #1: The Hunt for Shinx!

Last week @the-shiny-surfing-raichu won the WonderTag poll, so they got to pick the Pokemon we want to see flood wonder trade this week!

Rules for Winning the Hunt:

Reblog this WonderTag post! You must do this before you win or your win will be invalid!

You must have your “When You Meet Someone” message set to “I’m very into Wonder Trades” (found under the “Alola Life” category) and your “When You Are Moved” message set to “I like Electric-type Pokemon” (found in the “Favorite Type” category).

The Shinx must come from a WonderTag participant! Both you and your trade partner must have received the hunted Pokemon during this trade! Check that your trade partner’s IGN is on this spreadsheet if you aren’t sure if they are a Wondertag participant! To get your info on this list fill out this form.

Take a picture of the Pokemon you received and one of you talking to them in Festival Plaza (after you trade, they will be standing by the table in your castle), then make a post listing the time you won and tag @wondertag! Only one of your trade team needs to make a post for you both to win. If you are confused, click here for an example image.

Both you and your trade partner will win the round! If one of you already won a round, only one of you will win this round.

Make sure to send an ask to @wondertag immediately with your choice of Pokemon! If all submissions are not in by the time the poll is posted, your choice will not be included! The poll is posted at midnight or one hour after the last round is won.

You have four chances to win! Starting at 12 am EST, there will be four six-hour periods! From 12am-6am, 6am-12pm, 12pm-6pm and 6pm-12am you will have the chance to win. Two people will be able to win in each period and at the end of the day, the Pokemon picked by those blogs will be put into a poll to choose the next hunted Pokemon! You can find a list of eligible WonderTag Pokemon here! Note that pokemon that aren’t native to Alola are now eligible!

Tag #2 Scavenger Hunt

On Sunday, we posted a scavenger hunt list! Anytime you wonder trade this week, look out for Pokemon that fit the categories on the list. At the end of the week, record your trades that fit the categories and submit them using the provided form. If you complete your list, you get a special prize, and if you submit a list, even one that is incomplete, you get rare candies for each category completed!

Tag #3: Treasure Trove

Have you ever wanted to earn money for wonder trading? Well, you still can’t, but you CAN earn rare candies, which can be redeemed for cool prizes! Every time you trade another #WonderTag participant, you can earn rare candies! Submit a list of your trades here by noon EDT on Sunday and start racking up points to buy your prizes, which range from Pokemon to the ability to take over WonderTag for one day! Check out the prize list on the Treasure Trove page to see what you can save your rare candies to buy, as well as more extensive guidelines on recording trades and earning candies!

Middle Stage Starter Evolutions Giveaway! (3/28/17)

Because those middle evolutions are tricky little suckers to get. Also sorry I’m late(r than expected)! These pokemon are not battle ready but have the potential to be.

3/27/17: Tonight I’m redoing my Five Nights at Freddy’s giveaway I did around 2 years ago! This will be a 3 part giveaway, and tonight I’m giving out Foxy the Zoroark, Mangle the Delphox and Springtrap the Diggersby!

To protect the world from devastation, I fired my Pokemonator 9000 at the Pokemon boss leaders and now they are all Pokemon! For the next 24+ hours, I’ll be wonder trading these evil guys out. Hopefully their new owners won’t use them for world domination.

Rules

Deposit a MALE ROGGENROLA [Named TapuGA] into the GTS. We do NOT accept anything else.

You may only deposit for ONE of EACH pokemon. If we catch you double dipping we will ban you from future giveaways on here and our own giveaway blogs.

Level and Gender Lock to avoid sniping if possible. Wrong gender or level lock = NO TRADE. We do not call you out if you use the wrong locks.

Wrong nickname/no nickname (capitalisation isn’t necessary) = NO TRADE

Be patient. Do not tell us when you deposit.

If you have been in the GTS for > 45 minutes, you may send us a message, preferably off anon so we can directly message you back, with your IGN, location, and level and nickname of your Roggenrola. We need this information to better look for your deposit.

Tips

If you join the giveaway late, quickly browse the blog for posts regarding which Pokemon aren’t receiving many deposits. If there isn’t one, ask us!

Try to deposit for the Pokemon that you want from the least popular list, first.

After receiving all that you want from this selection, make a choice on what popular one you would like the most. Deposit for this.

If you get traded before the giveaway ends, great! Deposit for another Pokemon. You could also ask which are the least popular again, as these do change over time.

If you follow those tips, you should be able to get a nice number of Pokemon!
