Inching ever closer, the thief looks on with a loving gaze. Lowering her voice to a murmur, “Jules, you know where I want to hang my hat at the end of the day.”

“I do. One day, love. After our fight is over, I truly hope that the Greek countryside is there waiting for us. Together.”

Now wrapping her partner in a close embrace, heavy trenchcoat shielding her from the harsh winter wind, “There’s always going to be the good fight. It’s up to us to know when to walk away.”

“..That’s not the Carmen Sandiego I’m familiar with.” Jules, burying her nose in the sent of the coat; chai, ginger and gasoline. Yes, this woman was her home.

An arm slid around her waist, warmth pressed into her back and a kiss planted on her cheek. “Good morning, sleepyhead,” Carmen teased her wife, holding out a steaming coffee mug in front of her. Julia accepted it gratefully and took a sip, curling her fingers around the warm mug and glancing back at Scarlett, who was now making two of the ornaments talk with one another. Julia shook her head in amusement. “Merry Christmas, love,” she said, sitting on the sofa and holding a hand out to Carmen to join her.

Julia would start it, but I think they'd have whole conversations on their bathroom mirror honestly. They'd take up the whole mirror and then erase old messages instead of cleaning the whole mirror possibly lol

Carmen. steals? maybe she steals them /j

I think they'd want to for... the longest time but would hold off. Carmen wouldn't want to mess it up and Julia wouldn't want to because hello self doubt <3 (I think it'd be Carmen though)

Carmen. light kisses on her hair, her shoulders, any exposed skin.

Who starts tickle fights

Carmen. I think it'd be a running theme that she asks Julia all the time and Julia IMMEDIATELY turns her down lol.

both were nervous and shy. although it got easier as the night went on I'm sure.

Who kills/takes out the spiders

either? but I can also see Carmen being disgusted with spiders because I think it would be really really funny ("you can take down an entire criminal empire but you can't kill a SPIDER?")
