Falcon shifted so that Cam was more firmly seated in his hold, though his touch aimed to be supportive more than engulfing. When he saw the tears in Cam’s eyes, he slid his hand up, covered by his sleeve, and wiped his eyes for him. “No need to cry,” he said, placing his left hand on his shoulder.
When asked why he liked Cam, he cocked his head. “Because you look at me like I’m a human, not a disability.” He smiled. “Plus, you’re sweet, and super cute, too.” He stroked his hair back.
"But don’t cry. I know crying helps sometimes, but it makes me sad," he pouted playfully.
The fact that Cam started to actually cry made him feel that much dumber than he had before. Of course he didn't want to make himself look totally worthless in front of this guy, but he just had so much built in emotion than he should have sorted out beforehand. "I'm sorry," He said again, continuing to say as he wiped his eyes and sniffled gently.
Cam furrowed his brows softly as he listened to what the boy said. It made sense, and it was honest. Of course the boy wasn't going to treat him like a disability because there was no reason to. He did everything everyone else did, he just talked more cutely. "I think you're sweet, too." Cam mumbled, snuggling in closer and maybe getting a little bashful as he found himself with his head on the boy's shoulder. "You think I'm cute?"
A small nod struggled through his mind as he tried to not make his lip quiver. He tried his very best to just keep himself composed for the better of them. "I won't cry." He said, trying to sound confident but coming off sounding more scared than before. Good thing Falcon couldn't hear the tone, because it would have just been a straight up lie.
