Literally every single fandom in the world ships non canon characters. Every headcanon out there not written by the author is out of canon. Fuck even writing ff about the main couple should be considered out of character because the author isn't writing it

Seriously this is the first time I've seen a svsss fan complaining about ships. As if ships and fanfics aren't the only thing keeping this fandom singlehandedly alive. While other mxtx fandoms literally bully real life artists and people for shipping or making fanart they don't think is compatible with canon character description.
