SPECIAL UPDATE
As some of you are probably aware, I've been working on some concept work and writing for a project called Cybermutant Super-Bug Raiders for the past year or so while I was working on comics for the Iron Age Saga, and during that time, I have grown far fonder of CMSBR than what I had planned for Iron Age.
So I decided during my time working of Nightly Duties that I would wrap up Iron Age once I finished this story off, and begin taking CMSBR more seriously. The whole thing has been living rent-free in my head for too long, and I feel like if I don't give it a life of its own it will somehow eat itself out of my skull, and as an artist, I must indulge it to save my life.
The comic itself won't be adult-rated like my previous works, part of the point of making it is that I want something I can share with people a bit more openly, and I also I haven't been inspired to write such stories as of late.
That being said, I'll still take commissions along those lines, and I'll still indulge in the occasional piece of personal art, but I have a mighty need for a change of scenery. If a character-driven, tokusatsu inspired story is what you're interested in for the future, I'm glad to have you around, otherwise, I understand if the tone shift is a bit too abrupt, and that the occasional piece of fanservice may not be enough to satisfy you.
From here on until the comic officially begins (perhaps by around September), I'll be continuing writing more material and sketching out concepts that I'll be putting up on my supporter sites. Much like previous work, I'll be posting the full-sized + colored pages of it for supporters, along with the rough sketches. That's all I've got to say for now, now onto the future!
