I extended it to a full body drawing.  The second is just more accurate to the character 80% of the time.

my soft spot for beast designs shows anytime i think of techno. characters whose appearances are all intimidation or power are just so special to me. especially in techno's characters because they both fall into the gentle giant trope, such as his gentleness with turtle eggs or general animal loving, but also still identify with their scary appearance, such as him being a total billy badass and mega warrior whose name strikes fear into his enemies. so fun! also beast designs are so adorable too, its just like bears and buffalo, you know they are dangerous animals and you should leave them alone, but oh they are so cute! also anyone notice how all these animal names start with "b"? well for consistency sakes i choose to go along with that and make techno a boar, and thats totally not because i also find boars very cute...totally.
