Recently I restarted Pirate101. Like, delete all characters, start from scratch (except like, mounts and one or two crown items i happened to have) restart. Now I’m playing through as a swashbuckler and let me just say, sometimes I miss the Commodore, but then Morgan calls me dashing and I don’t care as much lmao.

I was tired of Cool Ranch before I stopped playing on my old privateer. That’s, like, WHY I stopped at the time. Cool Ranch is just so long. Imagine my surprise when, after a brief and refreshing detour to Port Royal, I’m back in Cool Ranch. For what seems to be two more whole skyways.

Good god. I just want to continue this freaking game.

I’m doing it to myself though, at least partially, since the “complete all book X side quests” are like my favorite badges at the moment.

Also, how many criminals must I catch before this rooster sheriff stops making me do his job for him. I think I’m on the last one since this one has a companion reward instead of just gold but they seriously couldn’t even give us a pittance of experience for 10+ bosses? Only gold? Really?

Resisting the urge now to go back and play as another character just to avoid Cool Ranch. I will get to the end. Eventually.

#speak #i think the max level is still 70 #which is perfectly achievable #on wiz my highest character is like 74 #because i play solo and cheating bosses are absolute nightmares #but i really want to reach the end in one of these games #wiz is all the way up to like 120 now and on like the third story arc #that’s just so much #pirate is fun and much more manageable

ive been playing wizard101 off and on for over 11 years now and i don’t know when they added it or if it’s always been there but i JUST NOW learned that there’s an “add character slot” elixir in the crown store so you can actually have a character from every school

for years the missing school has haunted me. why am i only learning this now???

#speak #i mean good timing frankly #because i have a job and therefore an income now #so BUYING the elixir is much more reasonable than it ever has been before #but still #and seriously it always REALLY bothered me that you can only have 6 characters #when there are 7 schools #i want them all #and of course i’m complaining despite the fact that i don’t even have the six filled out yet #like ive made a character but i literally haven’t even done unicorn way yet #speaking of #when did they overhaul wizard city?#i remember the visual overhaul but not changing the quests and even base robes on our wizards

lail said (or, that’s how i interpreted it anyway) that i’m in the “next class” down from him. so he’s the protagonists senpai

i assume its meant to be the class down (rather than up) because he gets to go on a field trip to zafaria and tbh ive barely done any real schoolwork. And, I typically wouldn’t refer to someone in a class above me as “kid” even back in grade school when we were kids. But that’s just my interpretation of it.
