Witchcraft, Birds, and Crystals

He lived a good, long life where he was loved and cherished even though he was scared of humans and wouldn't let me handle him. Even without that interaction, he was housed in a cage beside my other bird so he had someone to talk to. He had plenty of toys and I would often put music on for him as he loved to chatter along to songs. I too would sit and talk to him and occasionally was able to feed him out of my hands. All interactions I had with him were in his own terms and I never pushed him.

In the hours leading up to his passing I did all I could to make him as comfortable as possible and he did get to learn the joy and warmth of being held and received head scritchies before he left this earthly realm. I would like to think he's made his way to the three other budgies he had with him at one point who have all long since passed on and that they're all together once again.
