It’s funny. If you’d told me up until recently that I couldn’t run for a couple of days, I’d have been fine with that, having only been going out once a week anyway (at a push!) But now that it’s happened to me and I’ve been going out more often, I’m beginning to feel antsy about having my running shoes off for so long! Especially with this nice spell of weather that we’ve been having. The moral? Even a couch potato like me can get addicted to running if you force yourself to make it part of your weekly routine. The hardest part is getting out that front door, and the more you do it, the easier it gets.
