Hi! i’m M (i don’t want to disclose my name as people in my life may find this account!), i struggled with ana when i was 18 through 21 which was when i made this account. i went into recovery and then went through a lot of hardships, i coped by eating and i gained 70lbs over the course of 3 years. i definitely had a binge ed at that time. i’ve been diagnosed with PCOS as well.
i started seeing a nutritionist in June of 2024 and while i saw some results im not seeing the progress i want. so i decided to come back to this account and give myself the motivation i need to get myself looking good again finally!
