Preference - Your First Date [Requested]
~Felix: You and Felix had been good friends ever since you met him at a party last year, and you had quickly become very close. You were at home studying, when you got a phone call from Felix. When you picked it up he sounded panicked, âYou need to come right now! This is an emergency! I need you here, just come as soon as you can okay?â You started to ask questions but he told you he couldnât tell you over the phone so you hung up as quickly as possible, and made your way to his house, running. Your mind raced as you panicked. If anything happened to him you wouldnât know what to do. You told yourself to stop being stupid, but a lump formed in your throat as you thought you were going to cry. Youâd never heard him sound so panicked before. When you got to his house, everything seem normal, there were no police cars and ambulances like you imagined it in your head. You knocked quickly, banging on the door, trying to catch your breath as Felix opened it, you wrapped your arms around him, relieved he looked okay. âWhat happened?â You asked, holding hin tightly. He pulled away, studying the worried expression on your face. âIâm completely fine, itâs okay, everything is okay.â He smiled lightly. You frowned, âbut-â. He shooked his head, âIâm so stupid Iâm sorry, I made you so worried, I just- I- Look, I really like you and I was too scared to just ask you to come over because I wasnât sure if youâd want to so I made up a plan to say it was an emergency and I know I made you so worried Iâm sorry I justâŚâ You let out a sigh of relief after realising he was okay.âI knew it was a bad idea when I heard how panicked you were on the phone,â he told you. You shook your head, hugging him again. âI hate you. You almost made me cry.â You told him. âI know.â He said frowning, âbut I really wanted you to comeâŚâ He trailed off, taking your hand and pulling you to the table set up. You looked at the table, he had set candles up and there were pretty flowers and it all looked so cute. You looked at him, as he was watching you to see your reaction. âI canât cook, so I just ordered pizza?â You laughed lightly. âCan this be our first date?â He whispered, pulling you in close, and there was no way you could say no when youâd liked him since the first time you met him. âOf course.â You answered, making him smile shyly, before asking, âthe first of many?â You giggled to yourself. âAs long as you donât give me a heart attack everytime you organise a date then sure.â He grins widely now. âI promise.â
~Oscar: You and Oscar had been dating for a while but between his busy schedule and your non-stop studying, neither of you had had the time to organise a proper date. It didnât really bother you too much, as you understood that finding time was difficult, and whether you went out on dates or not, you knew he loved you a lot and you loved him just as much. So when he had brought out a blindfold halfway through the movie night and covered your eyes, you were completely confused. He laughed as you jumped at his sudden movement and protested, asking him what the hell he was doing. âStop moving!â He whined, as you started panicking. âOscar I swear to god, you canât just pounce on people like this, I wasnât ready, you gave me a heart attack, are you kidnapping your own girlfriend? If I trip and die then-â âShhhhâŚ" He cut you off, as you felt his breath on your neck, and his hands placed gently on your shoulders. âJust trust me.â He told you, as you rolled your eyes even though you knew he couldnât see. âAnd stop rolling your eyes, your boyfriend knows you well.â You giggled to yourself, he knew you well indeed. âRight Iâm going to guide you slowly and youâre just going to have to trust me okay?â You laughed but nodded, still confused at what was going on. He helped you up and led you out of the room and outside, as you felt the breeze on your skin. âWhere are you taking me?â You asked for the millionth time, which he ignored once again. âYouâre going to love this," he told you, and hearing his excitement made you giggle again. He led you down a few steps and soon enough he told you to stop. "Are you ready?â He asked, his voice filled with excitement. âI think soâŚ" You replied, as he gently removed the blindfold from your eyes. As your eyes adjusted to the light, you saw a picnic blanket laid neatly on the grass, with all your favourite foods in a basket and flower petals surrounding the blanket. There were candles among the grass and you gasped at how beautiful it all was. You looked to your side and saw Oscar with a huge grin on his face, obviously pleased with his work and watching you carefully for your reaction. You laughed and wrapped your arms around him tightly, thanking him for being the absolute cutest boyfriend ever, and placing a kiss on his lips because he deserved it.
~Omar: You were around his house one night, just watching the tv and talking like you did most nights, when he had asked you to follow him to the roof. You laughed, not surprised with his sudden request, as youâd been best friends since you were young children and you were used to his spontaneous ways. He stood up and gestured for you to follow with a grin on his face as you sighed, shaking your head, but obeying nonetheless. "Why the roof Omar?â You asked laughing, âI was comfy sat here.â He ignored your comment and grabbed your hand, âCome on!â He told you, pulling you along lightly. You made your way up the steps and onto the flat roof he had, where you both used to hang out all the time when you were younger. When you got there, you saw a tent, and all memories of your childhood with him came flooding back. You looked at him, a smirk plastered on his face. âJust like the old times hm?â He asked and you nodded, too shocked for a moment to speak. âWhat is this Omar?â You asked, gesturing in front of you, as you were slightly confused as to why he had done this. He shrugged before answering. âOur first date?â Your eyes widened, as your heart began to beat a little faster. You swallowed, âBut weâre not even dating?â âBut we could be?â he shrugged again, âI mean, do you want to be my girlfriend?â You laughed lightly, at his sudden awkwardness. Youâd never seen this nervous side of him before. âI mean, you donât have to be, I was just-â âI would love to be,â you cut him off, hearing his sigh of relief. "Thank god!â âIt took you long enough to ask! Iâve been waiting for so many years for this!â You teased him as he laughed, âIâm sorry.â You giggled, âdonât be, this is perfect.â He laughed, before pulling you into the tent where you laid and watched the stars together for the rest of the night, his arms wrapped tightly around you.
~Olly: Looking in the mirror for the one hundredth time, your heart raced, knowing that Olly would be here any minute. Youâd met him a few months ago through mutual friends, and since then youâd become inseparable. Your friends teased you both constantly, as they stated it was obvious you both liked each other, but the two of you brushed it off, not wanting to cause any awkwardness. But last week, Olly had made a bet with you, and as a result of losing, you had promised him a date. You had both laughed about it, but deep down you were so nervous because youâd found yourself falling for him. You thought itâd been a joke, but surely enough, Olly had text you the details later on in the night, keeping most of it a surprise, and only telling you to wrap up warm. As you stared at yourself in the mirror, you heard a knock on the door, so you took one last glance at your reflection, before rushing to open it. Olly looked great, as always, a huge grin on his face. âYou look beautiful.â He told you, making you blush slightly. âI tried,â you laughed. He took your hand and held it tightly, which shocked you, but made you smile nonetheless. âIâm just keeping your hands warm,â He winked at you, making you giggle. âWhatever you say.â You replied. After a 10 minute walk, you both arrived at the nearby ice skating rink. You laughed, knowing how ridiculously bad you were at ice skating and prepared yourself for the embarrassment you were about to endure. âAre you ready to be blown away by my awful ice skating skills?â You asked him, making him laugh. âAfter witnessing my ice skating, youâll never want another date with me again,â you teased him. âWeâll see.â He simply answered, a smirk on his face. After helping each other put on the shoes, he led you to the ice rink. The first step you took onto the ice made you slip, as you flew into Olly, causing you both to laugh. âWhen you said you were bad, I didnât realise youâd be this bad!â He was laughing, as you hit him lightly on the arm for teasing you. He shook his head at how hopeless you were, but held your hands tightly nonetheless, promising to keep you safe. As he led you onto the ice and around the rink, he kept a firm grip on you, making sure you stayed upright, as you slipped everywhere, the both of you constantly in fits of laughter. By the end of it, you had improved slightly, but Olly kept a hold of you, telling you he didn't trust you to be on your own, although really, he just wanted to hold your hands.
