superimpose, photo wizard and sometimes picsart

i use photoshop on the computer too

How do you make a photo with a solid colour background transparent without superimpose?

you can use photo wizard

open the picture, click on the mask tab, use the brush to mask away the background

click the home tab and click the tiny box with arrow at the top

and click save as masked and export

Do you know any other apps where we can make our own filters?

magic hour

any other app that allows you to adjust the brightness contrast etc settings
