Hey there ! Big fan of your work, it’s amazing.

I was hoping to try this with my partner this past weekend, and .. could not for the life of me figure out where you started on this one.

When I tried waist, it walked up a bunch as I started trying to get the angles. And when I tried wrists, couldn’t find a good interval to work the angles down.

Any chance you’d be willing to share a photo of the models front as well?

This is the diagram I made and followed when tying. It starts at the wrists and from the middle of a rope rather than the end of a rope, so there are two tails active while tying. I do remember that I put a knot on the inside of the wrists @ "1" to make the start easier but the rest is open to interpretation.
