Time crawls at the pace of a free clinic waiting room. Thoughts dart through emotion, or is it the other way around? It's never quite so simple as to focus on the myriad opportunities to find solace in something other than the infinite disappointment life had become since you began thinking for yourself, but nevertheless most of us trudge forward and attempt new and exciting things to break the unholy monotony that is adulthood. Reject this reality. Replacing the mundane with absurd is the only true happiness. And what, pray tell, could be more absurd than the social constructs of chemical interactions governed by your subconscious (for the most part) mind?
