Genuinely surprised that I haven’t seen anyone do it before. If you are confused, this is basically what if fairies where people and people are fairies.

I figured that the main reason this hasn’t been done before is because the whole point of godparents is to help miserable kids. So making kids the godparents and adults their godkids doesn’t make much sense. But in my interpretation of this au, fairies are send to adults who have been so consumed by adulthood, they forgotten how to enjoy life like when they used to when they where kids.
