a possible assumption is that EVIL Faust is significantly smarter than Hohenheim and that just feels like it'd be annoying during a check up

As for Sancho, I feel like after canto VII she would have trouble controlling herself around an EXCESSIVE amount of blood. So maybe Hohenheim just dumps a bunnchhhh of blood on her Carrie Style just to test her unrestrained strength or something like that :p
