Recipe: 1 part chia seeds 3 parts coconut milk 3 parts pinapple juice 2 tablespoons coconut shaves Some coconut flower sugar according to taste ( I didn’t need any, as the mango was very Sweet) Stir for 5-10 minutes, so the seeds don’t stick together. Leave them in the fridge overnight. Serve with mango, passion fruit, physalis, one spoon superseeds and ancient grains blend and some homemade granola. Enjoy! #letscookvegan
