I know it’s not much but this is my first pricey-ish haul. Went on a bit of a spree and went to a few stores today in my mall (taking one detour to drop some of the items in my car before going to Ulta, so glad I did that), with the exception of the porefessional and the naked 3 pallet, which I lifted yesterday from a different Ulta in another city. Meant to stop by Bath & Body Works but forgot about it, maybe another day.

I got caught with about $20 of groceries yesterday and had the cops called on me (I was NOT being smart!), and I have to go to court next month. I was cooperative/polite throughout the whole process, and plan to do the same when I go to court.

My iPhone camera does NOT do yesterday’s haul justice. The trenchcoat and gowns are 100x more beautiful irl. They, along with the leather converse and heels took up so much space, I had to deposit my bags while finishing. Speaking of, why am I comfortable lifting three gowns and a coat from the same store but the diminutive makeup haul is from three different ones?*

*chanel polish and lancôme makeup remover bought with store credit. The Lancôme polish is a tester bc SAs in this chain have to unlock high end makeup for you (sure wish I had an ulta somewhere…)

Also… $143 for a sweater? Wicked. And $72 for the flimsy black/white jacket? On one hand its like “thank god I don’t pay for clothes anymore” but on the other it’s like “if I’m not paying might as well get some brand shit”

So I know I said I was gonna hit up like 50 stores today but my bf wanted to get dinner so I had to cut the trip short. I also still haven’t received my magnet yet so I decided to just keep it simple.

H&M: 3 necklaces, grey beanie, thigh-high socks, 2 tights. Bought a couple $1 things there because I wanted their bag but of course they give me a tiny ass one.

F21: Black combat boots! Also bought a couple cheap things so I could ask for a big bag to “put my H&M bag in”.

Charlotte Russe: Just went in for a minute, didn’t get anything. Noticed they had no towers but everything was gator tagged??

Charming Charlies: Never been here before but I’ve heard so much about them- I really hit the jackpot in here lmao. They only use the puffy tags on the more expensive items, literally nothing else is tagged. 2 earrings, 8 bracelets, 11 rings, 3 leggings, 2 scarves, and…my new lifting purse!! It’s not name brand but it’ll work until I can upgrade!

Sephora: First time in here too! Naked 1 & 2 (finally have all 3 now!), 2 Blinc mascaras, 2 Tarte blushes, Stila liquid eyeliner, TooFaced highlighter, Origins face mask, OCC lip pencil set, and the Dior lash serum. I completely forgot to upload my shopping list to my phone so I didn’t get a lot of things I needed :’( I really wanted perfume but I didn’t want to deal with tags because it was too busy and there were SAs everywhere.

Really, really happy with this haul! I wanted to get some high quality t’s and pants that weren’t just blue jeans.

Okay so Ulta doesn’t have on staff LP, BUT the cameras are real and monitored periodically- if they suspect you, they’re probably watching you. I’ve said this before but honestly I would sit in my office and eat my lunch, watching the cameras bc i was bored (stop picking your wedgies on camera y’all it’s gross!!).

The best thing for you to do is never let them see what all you have. If they don’t see what you have or where it goes, then they really can’t do shit.

If someone sees you conceal, be it in front of them or on camera, they can apprehend you. Chances are though, they’ll let you leave and copy your license plate info. Anyone can do this, SAs included, SO ALWAYS CONCEAL IN A BLINDSPOT. I can’t stress that enough. If you conceal on camera and they’re watching, then you’re done.

Pretty much just the Naked palettes are tagged, i would recommend peeling it off instead of unboxing. Un boxing just brings more attention to what you did, and shows the SA where the blind spot is (also my day was just so much brighter when I didn’t find empty shit…it’s like nothing happened at all!)
