While I am mourning all the community theatre shows I will not be starring in this summer I am so unbelievably excited to help teach the art of theatre so some young performers. I will however have the time to go see some of these performances, and think about how I would put my own Berry twist on it. So if anybody would like to come see some shows with me this summer please let me know. 

What shows did you have in mind? I wouldn’t say I’m as much of an enthusiast as you are, but I do enjoy seeing a good performance. I feel like you and Blaine are going to be quite the dramatic duo.

I’m getting super excited for OSUCAmp now that summer break has officially started! I loved going to musical theatre camp as a kid and I spent quite a few summers doing community theater, so I can’t wait to see what it’s like to teach theater. (And maybe join a community production myself, if my schedule allows it…). It took me a little while to decide if I wanted to do music or theater, but as captain of the Dramatizers, I felt like I had to pick the latter. I might have done both if that was possible, though. Who else is going to be here as an activity coordinator and/or group leader? How about other summer plans?

I actually am too! I think you’ll be wonderful at that, Blaine. And very cool if you can fit in a show, just don’t overwork yourself either. It is summer, after all. I’m considering going for activity coordinator for cheer-leading, I think. Other than that, maybe a little traveling or at least going back home for some visits if I can.

I like the sound of that, if that works for you? Well I mean, at some point I think maybe it’d be good to meet them, right? But it doesn’t have to be then exactly. Whatever is easier for you okay? And you’re welcome, and I don’t think you’ve got any trouble being noticed. No? Aw well in that case, great then, I’ll keep my fingers crossed. That’s what I was going for, though. Of course. I would love for you to meet them, but we would definitely have more fun without them there. I feel like a day visit is better for meeting them. I’m not sure they’d let you stay over. It’s different when the person noticing you is someone you want to notice you. Thank you. Well, I mean, I won’t argue with it then. You’re the best. :)

Kurt: I was going to say that you can sit on my head any time, but I think that might come across wrong without context so just keep in mind that I only mean for lifting.

Oh they were mostly parties with partners and stuff like that. You should definitely catch a Broadway show while you’re there, if you can. And of course check out Rock Center.
