Meoware: I think Jake English is simply the perfect muse for a pin-up. Seeing as I came into this not wanting to draw anyone else.

Autisticaradiamegido: tbh given who i am as a person i was soooo set to sign up for aradia until i saw hamsters was also in the mix. his aradia is simply too iconic i could not ethically prevent him from doing his vital and important work there. luckily jade was also available though! she is the best, and has some of the most fun fashions to riff on, and also i love her

In all seriousness I thought it'd be interesting to figure out what Cal's vibe would be for a pinup drawing. Everything about his style in the comic is very clashing and jagged, while the appreciation id had for pinup drawings in the past was a typically soft color cohesion and flowing shape language. It was fun to jack up the typical pinup and tone down the typical caliborn

Atlattacus: out of all the available characters, i felt the most confident in my ability to draw nepeta :33 shes so fun!!

Televisedanime: I've been intrigued by Vriska's design and reputation even before I encountered her in homestuck proper. I've illustrated her a couple of times beforehand, so I knew that it would be intuitive and worthwhile to translate her design to my style. Furthermore, I think that her appearance strikes a harmonious balance between adorable and frightening. For a multitude of reasons, I believe that Vriska's appearance and personality are enthralling for artists and audiences alike. Even the controversy surrounding her has lent her a great deal of adulation and infamy to render her character quite striking. When I signed up for pinupstuck, I was captivated by the prospect of creating a pinup for Vriska. Ultimately, the rationale behind the decision was highly self-indulgent and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to depict this character!
