“anddd…you have no idea where youre going” he was tilting his head to the side, smile peeking from the corner of his lips. Blue eyes came shut as he let out a small breath from his nose, it resembled a laugh but wasnt audible enough to earn the title. “you acting like you run if a fight broke up is literally the biggest joke.. you’d get lost, and call me to come pick you up” He looked around himself, trying to figure out what exactly they would be looking for, a food truck, a resturant, a co-op, a grocery store, a farmers market. Lincoln was unsure but he knew it had to do with food in some capacity. 

‘  at  me  ?  finally  ,  someone  in  this  damn  city  who  can  recognize  a  bad  bitch  .  ‘  taking  a  small  second  to  fix  her  hair  ,  luna’s  just  about  to  turn  around  and  see  how  this  stranger  looked  until  she  notices  teddy  winking  ,  now  trying  everything  to  convince  herself  not  to  burst  out  laughing  .  ‘  fuck  ,  are  you  really  trying  to  steal  the  love  of  my  life  ?  right  in  front  of  my  salad  ?  ‘  a  small  chuckle  leaving  her  lips  .  ‘  y’ know  ,  i  could  pretend  you  did  say  something  funny  ,  or  i  could  organize  a  threesome  instead  .  ‘

“at me?” brows furrow, a displeased groan escaping as he not-so-subtly turns to look at the person. his expression remains unbothered, brown hues focused on the alleged winker. then, he hears the man beside him start freaking out. “shh, ey- slow down.” he slightly raises one hand, as if to signal that everything’s just fine, gaze never leaving the stranger. casually, he winks at the girl, deciding to join in on the fun. “alright, got ‘er.” a swift thumbs up before he lets his hand fall onto the other’s knee, turning his head to look at him. “alright, i reckon we should shag now?” 

He hadnt so much as opened up the vinyl store that he was regretting agreeing to staying in NYC for any longer than he had to be. The shelves were stocked, the people were hired, he could just run away, but he had made a promise. The first few weeks were good, easy, nice, now however, he was over it, that itch under his skin making him want to leave again. Trey was positioned behind the counter and looked at the person walking in. “please tell me youre coming in about the help wanted sign.. because you can have the job, I want to go” he laughs. 

     “huh ? who ?” she asked, looking back. the blonde turned around and saw the person he was talking about. allie was still debating if she should wink back when suddenly she heard teddy panicking, and the girl whipped her head back to teddy. “oh god, why did you wink back ?” she asked with a laugh, her own cheeks blushing. “okay, okay, i can do that. let’s just hope they don’t come over.” she said with a laugh, shaking her head. 

But teasing Teddy was what he did best. His teasing was often his way of flirting and somehow this boy did not realise that James had literal feelings for him. He supposed it probably wasn’t very obvious considering he flirted with EVERYONE and fucked every single man he saw but Teddy was the only one he actually cared for. “You’re right, you have to dress perfectly otherwise I will disown you from my little celeb inner circle.” The fact that people were actually jealous of Teddy because he got to touch his half naked body in a music video was insane but it didn’t stop him from being overly smug about it all. “You should be HONOURED you got to put your hands all over my chest. What more could you want in life? You’ve already peaked.” He laughed but then suddenly stopped as he pouted instead and leaned forward, half moving onto Teddy’s lap so he could pout at him. “What the FUCK? That’s so unfair. Why do you hate me so much?”

The lower east side was not somewhere he found himself often, but when Teddy has a truck hes following, Lincoln knows better than to turn down a meal he know will knock him on his ass. The June sun beating down on tanned skin, blue eyes squinted in adjustment to the blaring sun as he stepped out of the private car that was very out of place for the area. “what in the world are we doing in this shit hole?” he asked with a small laugh, before covering his mouth and looking around “maybe shouldnt say that so loud?” he teased.

It wasn’t often that he got the pleasure of seeing Teddy this dishevelled so when the man came into his department looking as though he’d been dragged through a bush, an immediate smirk drifted onto his lips. “Not the bowtie, ANYTHING but the bowtie.” His smirk turned into a pout as he caught the destroyed fabric, holding it sadly before he twisted it around his fingers. As much as he adored his fans, they were also fucking crazy and he knew it could be a bit much for people like Teddy who weren’t used to all of that. “I’m sure I have bowties somewhere, I could get one and make you look all cute again.” He booped his nose with his finger before a grin appeared on his face. “I hope you’re aware that I only keep you around so I can get fed, you know? You have no other purpose in my life.”

‘remind me again to never mess with your fans.’ teddy said with a shudder, tossing the torn up bowtie at him. it wasn’t intentional but trying to get through the crowd of fans, his bow tie got ripped from his neck. he hated being friends with famous people sometimes, especially the ones with with such a big following, so mainly jamie. then again, everyone in new york was famous in some shape or form. he plopped down on the sofa and wore a pout on his face, ‘aren’t you ready? i thought i was cooking you an after hours dinner? i look incomplete without my cute bowtie, but i tried.’

cat walking friend: yes, teddy’s the type to walk his cat because he has social anxiety and tonkie has to come with him. so like!! some other crazy cat person to do this with him
