Born/live in Houston, Texas. Libra. English major with a minor in Psychology. School is on hold right now as I'm focusing on mind/health/fitness, as well as other things in my life. I guess I should write something about my weight loss journey. SW: 230 CW: 198 GW: 180 UGW: 160 Fitness has always been in the back of my mind. I've known how important it is but never cut out the fatty foods in addition to exercising. I've come a long way in 14 weeks of eating clean and 16 weeks of exercising. I can't believe that I now go to the gym 5 times a week. I started off with only 3 times for only 30 mins and it has slowly increased. I do cardio for 3 days for no more than 45 mins, on the 4th day I do strength training, then rest for 2 days then on the 7th day I do yoga at 24HR Fitness. I then start the week over again. I am a music lover....lover of music. My favorite singer is Morrissey. There is something to be said about his words in his songs. Just take a listen sometime if you have never heard of him. His music catalog spans over 25 yrs as a solo artist & even longer when he was the front man for the English band, The Smiths.
