DAY 6: KAGOSHIMA AND HIMEJI CASTLE, JAPAN as seen in You Only Live Twice

James Bond's Cleaning Lady Fran.

Fran comes to this London flat once a week to tidy up, dust, mop, and clean the kitchen and bath.

She's a 5-foot-1, middle-aged Irish woman with greying red hair.

She works for a third party contracted with MI6. Can't have unvetted housekeepers walking into a double oh's flat.

Fran knows how James Bond lives, when he lives here. Most of the time she guesses nobody has been inside since the last time she was there. And the time before that. And before that.

He reads naval history books and drinks too much. The TV isn't actually hooked up to anything but a thumb drive. The walls are pristine - nothing has ever been hung there. There are too many eggs in the fridge, but when he's here, he cracks just as many for his meals. And Fran wonders if he'll ever really unpack his moving boxes.

His nightstand has trinkets on it in a clear box. Souvenirs, maybe gifts. She wonders who buys him things, this man she's never met. There is a keyring - or maybe it's jewelry - fashioned as a knot. There's also what appears to be the world's tiniest radio. And there is... animal fur? No, a lock of short, white, human hair, tied together with red string.

Since it's original characters day, now is a good time to share more proof of concept for that adaptation of "The Property of a Lady" that I swear I will finish one day guys pls trust me I swear no clickbait. And suitably for my team, she's evil!

TLDR, this is Andrea. She's a spoiled rich lady with a huge collection of priceless valuables, some of which were obtained illegally. Bond is supposed to stop her and retrieve a famous red diamond from her mansion, but little does he know that she's had her eye on him for a while now and wants to add him to her collection next...!
