Teachers are part of a wider cycle of teaching. Our duty is to raise good: humans, citizens, family members and students (in that order of importance). We are responsible for raising awareness among children that LOVE and PEACE are what this world urgently needs. Sorry for the long post but I'm sad and sensible today. Waking up with the news about Barcelona breaks my heart but makes me believe even more in my duty as a future teacher. Good afternoon and have a nice weekend.

Stop killing ourselves on behalf of politics and religion. Both are suppossed to be institutions that promote love, care, equality, or at least tolerance. Sirian deaths are as serious and heartbreaking as the European ones. We are part of the same race: HUMANKIND. That should be our mantra. Stop focusing on our differences and bare in mind that we are all human beings who suffer and love in the same way in spite of religion, ideology, or nationality. Please, STOP.

Have you ever felt like you need to change something in your life and the only viable way is to cut your hair? Well, I have.

I cannot relate to those who love rainy days. I mean, it’s not nice to be inside your house because it’s cold and wet out there. I believe this feeling is traced back to my childhood. I used to HATE rainy days because I was confined to stay in my room watching TV all afternoon. My mother would not let me go to the park and ride my bike, which was my favourite activity during weekends. Now I don’t ride my bike anymore, but the feeling of being trapped when drops start to hit the window remains. Am I the only one here?
