The grass consists of 2 different objects (each being just a bunch of flat triangles) animated with a single shapekey each, and keyframed to be slightly out of sync with each other to give the illusion of wind moving through it.

The sun is a cylinder with an emissive material, and the background just has a simple color ramp material on it.

I added bloom (to make the sun glow), lens distortion (for the chromatic aberration) and depth of field all in blender and rendered using eevee. The full loop is 310 frames long. There is no actual light source in the scene, all the materials are either flat RGB values, gradients between RGB values, or emissive (the sun).
