- If I do not update on the 3rd week, that means something happened in my life that requires my immediate attention. In that case, I will usually inform you in the most recent chapter's Authors Note of when I will return. If I am not sure how soon I can return to the story, I will put a HIATUS announcement on the fic. In the meantime, thank you so much for your patience!!
4. You haven't answered my Ask/message? Hello?
- Hello! Sorry for the wait! Despite how it looks, I am actually not on social media all that often! Outside of fanfiction, I'm busy juggling long hospital shifts and other social responsibilities. It may take me a few days or sometimes a week or two to step away from adulting and hop onto social media, but rest assured - I will respond to your Asks/messages! I often respond shortly before updating. In the meantime, thank you so much for your patience!!
5. How many chapters is The Anatomy of Love?
- TAOL is a longfic that is broken down into 4 ACTS (like a play). Consider each ACT as its own story arc - and NO, it will not take 4 entire ACTS for Kakashi and Sakura to get together so no need to worry about that lol. I cannot say the exact chapter count for the fic because my outline for each chapter is sometimes longer than expected once I write it out in story format. When I find the chapter is too long, I break it into 2 chapters, which impacts the total chapter count. Plus, I sometimes add in side stories which are often written spontaneously and those bloat the chapter count. There is also an epilogue worth several chapters that I am still drafting. For the main storyline, I guess there's about 80 chapters but that's a very loose guesstimate because, as I said, sometimes I have to break a chapter in 2. So it is very hard to say how many chapters the fic has when the number is going to fluctuate a lot. Just know that this is a longfic, because there is a larger story at play than just a teacher/student romance.
6. Q: Are you a SasuSaku or KakaSaku?
- I have no preference over either ships as I love both equally!
7. Q: When are you returning to X fic?
- At the moment, my current priority is to finish ACT 1 of The Anatomy of Love (which is about 38ish chapters). My next priority is Wolves at the Door. So other than those 2 fics, I cannot say when exactly I am returning to X fic. Once I am closer to finishing those 2 fics, I will have a better idea of when I can return to X fic. In the meantime, your patience is much appreciated!!
