Book Aesthetics

i haven't been too productive this week aside from reading two books for my research, which i am proud of! hopefully i'll be a little more productive this weekend because i'm meeting my professor on monday.

my prof is also having a get together at his house tonight for phd students and faculty but i haven't decided if i want to go; i absolutely hate going to social events (one because i'm really socially anxious and two because i'm vegan, so i usually can't eat anything and everyone asks questions about it which makes me more anxious lol). if i go i said i'd drive one of my classmates but she's always late (like hours late) and the party starts at 5 and i have to be home no later than 7:30/8 to give my cat medicine and it's like a 30min drive. idk what to do ;-;
