when people think anxiety is a joke, try having to keep your hand on your heart as you fall asleep just to know it's still beating, or getting rushes of panic that wake you out of a dead sleep multiple times a night.. and that's only the beginning, i couldn't explain how i feel in full that would even make sense or help you to understand i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy

it's one thing to disrespect me but when you continuously disrespect your own parents, MY PARENTS, who have done everything to try to help you and put up with SO MANY YEARS OF BULLSHIT AND LIES AND BETRAYAL, that they start wondering where they went wrong and crying and blaming themselves for your fucked up life, that's completely different and in my eyes, you're dead to me.
