I’ve read a few articles about Amandla Stenberg and her goal to read cultural appropriation. I admire her goals, however, I disagree with the way she is trying to achieve them. Instead of making positive statements on black women who clearly rock the traditional African American hairstyles, she degrades the white people who wear those same hairstyles for not giving the black community credit for those hairstyles. The most recent diss I’ve seen is on Kylie Jenner’s cornrows. I think the diss was inappropriate. Instead of bullying other celebrities and making them look bad, why don’t you promote it with your hairstyles or other black women’s? The mean comments start bad drama and feuds. You’re trying to change the perspective of people, but calling others out and saying bad things about them is not the way to positively change the attitudes other others.

So, basically today's everything was Lana Del Rey inspired.
