Sparklehorse - Dog Door

Wow…large question. When we wrote and recorded the album the idea of place was heavy on our minds. The album title aludes to our obsession with striving to be in a place other than the room we were standing in, other than the city we were living inside. Many of our songs on the album deal with that issue of place, physical and emotional space, and the idea of what we call home. 

Ginger deserved way more screen time : P

I’ve seen the last two stills everywhere but I feel like it’s important to know he was talking about student debt.
