Donald Trump, spewing nonsense. He has also claimed that he's not releasing his tax returns (yet) because he's under audit - that doesn't make sense either.

Too bad the Senate majority is insistent on flouting their duty to uphold the Constitution by unprecedentedly leaving a seat open on the highest court for more than a year. Ugh.

I love this friendship so much. My other thoughts on J. Scalia's passing: Sad days for Justice Scalia's family and friends (including Notorious RBG). The SCOTUS has lost one its it sharpest minds and best writers (ideological differences aside). I doubt the Senate can get its act together (side eye) to confirm a President Obama appointee, but it will be interesting to see the judiciary reflected in the fun-house mirror of the circus that is the 2016 presidential election.
