A further note on the design: I think the Catsith might have become my favourite mobile suit from all of Gundam. It strikes this interesting balance between convincingly looking like a piece of military hardware, and also being rather cute. The off-white and beige looks practical and like something you'd see on a real aircraft, and the pink details (and the tiny bits of blue and yellow) add some cute fun to it without overwhelming the design. I also adore the huge folding wing backpack. It looks like the wing of a real aircraft and it makes the flight a little more believable. In my mind this is the perfect mech design.
