Ooooh, Harken hates Taunt to much because they’re annoying
What about revolver or loveshot, gun shots are LOUD. I’m not saying there’s no context with Harken hating guns but I find it really funny thinking Harken hating Taunt so much just because they’re loudly annoying. Maybe I haven’t read the wiki enough or I just hasn’t seen enough die of death content but like:
(Maybe Taunt causes ear damage too, I don’t know)
Or it’s just that Harken can express hatred towards Taunt more because they’re in strangling distance.

Pretty please criticize my DoD killer cast's designs!
I know quite little of DoD's lore since I joined recently, so these designs might just straight up be absolute trash. I will really appreciate it if y'all can inform me about the lore!
Explanation on my own design on undercut because holy yapperoni.
Harken:
This construct is funny for me— I just followed the ingame model wholeheartedly and did little more to modify it except making her taller. At one point, I made her too thin, so she looked like a toothpick.
Myyy main inspiration for her is Rocky from Project Hail Mary. It's only noticable on her hand though. I don't know how to make Harken have an "otherworldly construct" vibe, so I just used an alien as a reference. That's all for her.
Badware:
This virus is actually the main reason why I made this in the first place. I wanted a bulkier Badware. I thought it'll somewhat make sense— they're a pretty tanky virus, right? I heard that it can survive hard resets, and it uses its body to ram onto civilians. All of the fanarts I've seen of them doesn't really convey this, and of course it doesn't, the ingame model doesn't portray it with that body type. But I still thought it was an interesting enough idea, so I had to draw it myself.
Truthfully, I think I failed giving it the design I wanted. My first attempt actually looks more odd, so I had to change direction. At the time, I felt like Papyrus from Undertale was a fine reference because he's a skeleton (Badware has a skeleton drawing on its chest), and Papyrus also kinda looked bulkier because of his battle body. I thought wide shoulders was enough to send the message for a bulkier Badware, but… I don't know. I swapped the skeleton imprint with wires. And now, I'm afraid that this design is now completely impractical due to them having actual exposed nerves.
Killdroid:
This robot was the hardest for me to draw. This guy is my favorite out of the killer casts for no reason at all. I can't even play him right, I just think he's cool. They probably look odd because of the weird gradient. My only thought process was to make them look intimidating. I saw a Killdroid fanart on Pinterest that had that kind of gradient on its design and I thought it was really cool, so I wanted to try it. Er... Well.. maybe it wasn't the best idea?
"Why does the arms and legs look like that?" Because I cannot tell if Killdroid's grey things on its legs are knee guards or ankle bracelets. Probably the former, but I made the whole calves gray. The arms, I just forgot that he wears gloves, so I just painted their hand gray.
I might be lazy.
Pursuer:
Ahh, fresh meat. I didn't think much of this thing, I just made him malnourished and weird looking. Fluffy pursuer is nice and all, I just don't think it fits him. I have no idea what I'm doing with the spine though.
Also I was having way too much fun making his face. It's made with a lasso tool!
Artful:
I didn't think much of this french dude either. I didn't give him any crazy design. He's just. A dude. That happens to know magic. That's the point, he's a civilian like any other.
I did thought about give him a cape, but I ended up not doing it. Maybe I could've given him a swirly mustach?

- Taunt + Hotdog: The person who holds up the line for AS LONG as they can get away with. They aren't specific on hotdogs however and are fine with generally anything, just wanting to use the opportunity to upset. Surprisingly however, they pay great tips to whomever has to suffer them.
- Taunt + Punch: They tend to have better street smarts than the average taunt and know how to hold themselves up when they get into fights. Generally a more shadier crowd which many civillians tend to keep their wallets close in and themselves far.
- Taunt + Revolver: Heavy enthusiasts for things western and the like, only joining as a sheriff for the glitz of it all. Of course they were still trained and learned there's more to it that guns n blazing but still keep it to heart. ITCHING to get into a high noon.
- Noisemaker: Cover your ears. Noisemakers are the loudest civillians bringing whatever instrument loud and obnoxious enough for the gang to hear. Although they can play a good drumroll they also keep on hand smaller instruments like kazoos, harmonicas, triangles and whatever they can fit to personally "entertain". Althought uncommon, they sometimes come with cymbals instead which... I'm sure you know how that goes...
- Taunt + Pie: The kind of baker that sorta just eats as they make. Similar to banana pies, they tend to use their pies for tricks rather than treats but will often do it with any desert. As well these jokers tend to have alot of baking pranks, asking others for assistance before creaming them.
- Taunt + Flashlight: Say goodbye to your eyes... Taunt flashlights often tend to flicker flash at all times. They certainly arent someone you'd want camping. They will heed no warnings if it gets the slightest reaction from you even if you're warning them the berry their holding is poisonous. In case of threat they ARE prone to attempt to blind whatever is attacking however which effectiveness CAN be... Limited.
- Taunt + Reroll: The type of person who can barely keep a job for 2 weeks, and with little displeasure as well. They keep their heads up high not hoping for something that clicks but for something that'll kill the time. Often fired for self created incidents.
Taunt
- Taunt + Adrenaline: Basically your average ragebaiter. Unlike most taunts they know to at least TRY to back off before sht hits the fan. Tends to often be online rather than most being able to insult and troll behind the safety of a screen.
- Taunt + Banana Peel: The ultimate troll. Has no life other than getting a rise out of others. The most common hecklers you'll find in ANY showcase. Not most common but popular prank cahnnels, which at times get extremely elaborate that many civillians wonder, are they one the greatest minds untapped, or way too much time in their life.
- Taunt + Block: Blocks taunts are the kind of people you'd see in military highschool classes but have no actual plans for actual military mainly doing it for a simple grade (never been in one so im not sure if it's true) your typical bully/jock. The loudest person on the football team etc.
- Taunt + Bonuspad: The type to not be interested in helping in project and more making fun gadgets for giggling and shtting in the corner. If given a task THEY WILL help but don't expect the best job done. That or they tend to get into making viruses, at least attempt to. However for the few that own technology high enough often get targeted by Badware as they dislike the idea of having robloxian-made "Competition".
- Taunt + Caretaker: The kind of person to most peoples dismay who can actually focus when on the job and leaves their more rambunctious side for off the clock. But off the clock is the LAST time you'd want to see them, as they're often willing to put you through hell knowing that they can just take the time to nurse you up if need be. They know which places to focus on and which places to focus on.
- Taunt + Cloak: Even more of a coward than a taunt adr, but not in the same way. Their the type who start things and cover their tracks perfectly. The worst taunt to deal with, and the kind you'd probably wouldn't know was the culprit in the first place.
- Taunt + Dash: Basically cloak and adr combined. Before causing a ruckus they like to have an escape plan and will take it in strides that before you know who knocked you they're already 100 feet past the finish line and at that point too much effort. Despite that to them the chase is the funnest part, and find joy in anyone who actually puts up for a chase. The idea of parkour with an actual threat is something they dream of.
Honey!, dio is almost burning down the kitchen. Again…
(When I saw this I thought president cobalt was before sulfur. Before I figured out. “Are they seriously replacing sulfur with cobalt?? SULFERS BEEN IN THE GAME SINCE THE BEGINNING!?)
(Oh yeah and the plot of Artful and banana makes no sense at all. Where is their rivalry? I understand that they want to make artful guilty of the show incident. But I lowkey love the whole arch nemesis thing they had implied.)
