The Greek myth of Hades and Persephone is my absolute favourite. There's just so much misinformation about a beautiful love story. Queen of the underworld, forever my Mother Goddess 🥺 Anyway, let's pick a pile together.

Pile one, two, and three respectively.

Pile one

You want to go on a journey, but to you, it would feel like you are abandoning your mother. The specific card that represents Persephone in this reading is a very youthful Page of Pentacles, and is peacefully surrounded by flowers. This makes me think of Kore, moments before her "abduction".

All the cards where pointing towards a journey that you really wanted to go on, but you feel stuck between your own life and your mother's. Persephone is saying that no matter what you do, your heart will always draw you towards where you're meant to be. Persephone wanted to be with Hades, truly. And she gave in to that wish, and ate the pomegranate, even if it meant to be apart of her mom, Demeter.

Her advice is that nothing needs to be permanent. life is made up of cycles, and you can always pay a visit, just like Persephone did herself.

If you need confirmation, this is it. Follow your heart. Be with who you want to be with, travel to that place you want to go to, move out, become independent just like you want to. You deserve a life of your own.

You are a sensitive soul, in deed, but so brave. Never look down on yourself. The card that represents Persephone in this card is the King of Swords, representing her as an authority, a Queen. She says that you are such a gentle, kind individual, but with extreme strength and resistance inside of you. You feel sad over the state of the world, you wish for the world to be truly a better place. A part of you believes you are just too weak to change anything, specially when the justice system turns a blind eye to things that should be punished.

She's not saying it's your job to fix the world, but you can make a difference. You do.

You are being represented as the Queen of swords, with the Hierophant to clarify, and the hierophant in this card looks super weird, as if he is evil, but the queen is not afraid of him at all. She speaks, and she speaks bluntly, that is the queen of swords. She is unbelievably and brutally honest no matter who she is speaking to. Persephone became queen, and she created a paradise for the goodhearted inside the underworld.

You can make a difference, even if not in the entire world, but in your own world, the world around you. Stand up for yourself, stand up for others with that brilliant mind and sharp tongue of yours. Question authority and educate yourself. If you wish to, Persephone is saying that if you work with the Law or social work of some kind, you will feel amazing even though it is a difficult job. Also, don't forget this: it's not your job to save the entire world, but if your heart burns with a desire for justice, you can make a difference if you want to.

Don't give your own life away for someone else to handle, but also, learn how to listen to other's advice.

In this pile, Kore is missing, and only Hecate knows where she is. Yet, she doesn't say a word to Kore's mother, because she knows that everything is working out for her in her greatest good. You might be facing a very difficult issue that no one is willing to help. Some really don't give a fuck, but some are putting all their faith in you. They believe you can make it out of this, so they are letting you handle it. Understand that I'm not going to say this shitty situation you're in is for your highest good, even if it is. My point is, don't count on anyone to save you. Just listen carefully to their warnings. Everything will be fine. But please, listen. Be very discerning of this pile, as I am not saying for you to listen to your family's bs about the new great person you just met. This pile is for those in abusive relationships, toxic households, bullying at school, etc. You won't receive any help, the ball is in your hands. This one is a bit tough to deliver. I believe some of you guys were used in some way. Maybe it has been a tough cycle of dating players and finding out in the worst ways. For some, this was your first big heartbreak. Maybe you feel like you need to heal as soon as possible because of how bad it feels.

Kali wants to say that the heart knows how to heal itself. As horrible it feels right now, understand that you don't need to do much. Maybe you have been trying ways to heal. Maybe some of you have even considered therapy, or have been actively going to therapy. It's not working for a reason. The heart needs time to process and heal so that it doesn't happen again, and this healing happens quite naturally. Don't worry. Soon, solutions will find their way to you. And you might underestimate the power of your heart a bit, thinking that it won't survive this, and you will close off from love. Your heart is able to experience immense suffering and still be strong. And not only be strong, but love deeper, with greater awareness. Your heartbreak will crack you wide open.

I'm not here to give you advice, pile two. You don't need one, you're on the right path, even though it might not feel this way. You might have crossed paths with tarot, spirituality, or even a religion at a time you were not fully prepared. This brought some sort of fear of making the wrong choice. People are incredibly complicated and unpredictable. "You're better off alone" and all that stuff. I understand, for real. We thrive when we have others. When we have a support system. When we can count on someone. No one is meant to go alone, even for practical reasons.

Like for example, if you fall ill, you'd have someone to take care of you. If you need to go home at night, you'd have someone to go with you. Never believe that you can handle it all yourself, because you can't. But don't surround yourself with just anyone though. I've seen people die alone, even though surrounded by people. I've seen people feel lonely even though they were married, I've seen people grieve someone that's alive. It's sad to think about things that a human being can go through sometimes. There are good people out there. You won't regret doing so.

Get out of contemplation mode a bit. You're too much in your head, get into your body. You need to reconnect with yourself and with your inner fire as well. You might be suffering from fatigue, procrastination, stress, etc. Your themes are grounding, empowerment, loosening up, energy and motivation, movement.

Connect with Red Jasper. Set the intention for it to connect you with your empowered self. for it to ground and liberate you at the same time.

Have red rose petals at home? It have a similar energy with red jasper. It is grounding, helps one feel more alive, but it's a more emotional, peaceful energy. Maybe you could work with both. A tea made of organic rose petals is delicious and energetically divine.

Don't have any of the above? Maybe into cooking? Make a recipe that goes potatoes + tomato in it. These are actually quite grounding. A latte full of cinnamon can do the trick as well, and it's tasty.

Into essential oils? Create a massage oil with sandalwood. You simply won't regret it.

DANCE! Really, connect with that playful side of yours and allow yourself to move without any inhibitions. Connect with your own intimacy, play with your body a little.

Dear, you have been suffering from excess of fiery energy. Maybe you can relate to the following issues: anger, rudeness, irritability, mood swings, extreme sensitivity, jealousy maybe... You need to connect with a softer energy :)

Pink candles, pink flowers, pink crystals, all these can support you right now. I believe something very motherly and gentle like geranium essential oil can really help soothe and calm you down, if you have it at home. Rose quartz, as well.

Cool down by being a bit more in nature, a little bit more in silence, away from stress and chaos. Spend time relaxing. If you have lavender flowers around, make a tea.

There is a concept in DBT that is: opposite action. It helps with emotional regulation. If you feel the need to yell at someone, for example, try to speak softly and calmly. If you feel the need to punch your brother in the face, hug him. This will take a bit of discipline but you can do it :)

You have some real issues with communication, don't you? I see someone that is cyclical in nature, but they are completely unaware of it. Sometimes you want to talk, sometimes you want to withdraw. That's fine!!! You really don't need to push yourself to talk if you're not into it. Just notice if this happens because you are simply not into it, or because you're triggered with something. Maybe you have some quirks you dislike as well.

Throat chakra healing, folks!!! Listen to frequencies for the throat chakra, or even some crystal healing could be useful. Essential oils are great.

When you talk like this, it appears that you don't want it all. And yes, I know it's easier said then done, but if deep down you want a happy relationship, you need to work on this self sabotage. Don't self pity yourself, you are an incredible, beautiful, and smart person, so don't downplay yourself. And also, you know that there is good people out there. In a world of billions of people, of course there is a match for you.

Another message is: give rose quartz a try. It will teach how to truly, unconditionally love yourself and others. It will give lessons of respect, of kindness, of compassion, of forgiveness. Practice self compassion, self forgiveness. Lend some love to yourself.

I sense that maybe you could be a bit cynical at times. You need to work on forgiveness too, if that resonates. Aphrodite is saying that there is beauty in loving yourself, and there is strength in finding forgiveness. This change of attitude could improve your life in a lot of ways.

I believe it's hard for you to focus. You might the person that's always changing projects. I sense you have trouble deciding as well, because you get lost in the small details. This happens because you're highly disconnected from your intuition. It literally helps you feel what's right and wrong for you, and without that it's very easy to get lost. You can't get the sensations that tell you which one to focus on.

Things that feel right in a second feel wrong in the other. Must be a bit terrifying.

You could use some meditation. Set the intention to tap into your intuition, and meditate on the gut area, to awaken it. Move on and meditate on the mind's eye, and and just let it awaken. Afterwards, let it go, and say " it is done", because it is. Your intention is already on its way to manifest.

You could also listen to 852hz music. It helps awaken intuition.

Your confidence has suffered. There were times you were so excited about an idea and readily shared with others, only to have it shattered by opposition. There were times you really thought someone would work out, only to have your expectations broken. And you even probably have endured criticism and low-key abuse from others. You said to yourself you could never trust yourself again. Without healthy confidence, you became paralyzed. Start building healthy confidence again. Not expectations, as these will always be broken. Nothing happens as we expect. But build that faith in yourself that no matters what happens, you will handle it. And no matters what others say, you will handle it. Your foundation will be strong, and you will be able to move forward without fear. And remember, expect a little bit more of yourself, and a little less of others. See yourself as highly capable, highly intelligent, and incredibly strong. because you are. :)

Spend time alone. Communicate your wishes of doing so healthily, so that you don't seem detached from loved ones because of them.

Practice journaling if you'd like to face the heavy emotions and finally process them, and specially, ask yourself why you feel like you're selfish for taking care of yourself.

You might be having some urges, such as a need to drink more water then usual, listen to calmer music or eat those carbs. Listen to these urges because they are showing you what you need.

Pile Two

Celebrate yourself. You're leaving a very painful period behind. Practice gratitude and rites of passage, such as paper burning or even something more elaborate, such as a bathing ritual in a waterfall. This will get your mind used to the new cycle, and of course it will attract the new phase more rapidly, as you're cleansing yourself from the old vibes.

I also recommend making wishes, manifestations, lists of things you'd like to happen in your new phase, and spells filled with positive energy, to attract great stuff when you cross that bridge.

Pile Three

Man, I hate to deliver these messages, but the greatest act of self care for you would be getting out of this relationship you're in. It's toxic, full of love bombing and trauma bonds. Choose yourself. You will not be a bad person if you leave.

I see a very sad image. You were abandoned, weren't you? You are still trying to hold on to the thought that they will come back. That's how loyal your heart is. You are beautiful, never think otherwise. You are worthy. This person didn't deserve your love, they took you for granted. They are the ones who lost someone great, not you. It's important for you to understand that they made their choice. I'm sensing that you're overwhelmed right now, very scared, because you are alone now. This person wouldn't keep you safe like you idealized, and you're not alone. There's people in your life that love you, and I love you. This transition will be easier then you think, soon, the pain will start fading. Sending you lots of love 💕

I'm sensing you're a male. A loner. You might get anxious when it comes to social interactions, and you get very nervous around women. I'm going to give you some advice. There is nothing wrong with you. Absolutely nothing wrong with you. Never shame yourself. If you had experienced women making fun of you, or other men teasing you saying you're incapable of finding a girlfriend, don't blame yourself. And I know that you feel a deep loneliness that you might tart hating people, because the amount of sadness is unbearable. I'd say that not every woman are like the ones you encountered so far, and a lot of women out there are actually capable of feeling compassion. And the same applies to men. Don't lose hope.
