Just because he’s an introvert doesn’t mean he’s gonna be an elusive neighbor, because you’ll absolutely hear him screaming at his video games through the brick walls of his apartment. A bisexual male, he’s just looking for someone who’s understanding of his video game time. An is a genius, loner, geek with the computer whiz aspiration.

Geeky Getaway

Just because you’re a bachelor who spends all day on your computer doesn’t mean you have to have an ugly apartment! Equipped with fast internet, while being peaceful and quiet this is perfect for any introverted sim! Careful though, it is still a fixer-upper so get ready to get your hands dirty. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in the Medina Studios Apartments in the Arts Quarter of San Myshuno is perfect for any single bachelor sim who prefers a simple yet classy atmosphere.

This is also one of my earlier renovations so it’s quite a bit more subdued than Cityslicker Condo, less clutter, etc. However, I think the simplicity is almost what makes it so classy, plus it means you can add any sort of clutter your heart desires!

Meet Brandi Ochoa, Cityslicker Condo’s resident. 

A cheerful, good, goofball city native Brandi is just there to make sure no matter how much of the sun the tall buildings block out (I’m looking at you San Francisco) there’s always a ray of light.

Brandi has minimal CC and is not on the gallery at the moment.

Listen, living in the city can be pretty costly, so you gotta make do with any furniture that gives you the best bang for your simoleon. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Culpepper Apartments in the Spice District of San Myshuno is perfect for any single sim or couple that loves color! 

Currently Unavailable on the gallery, I’m willing to post it though! It will just have the Custom Content tag for minor things (like my TV’s are classified as CC even though they’re from the base game. This build is 99% CC-free. 

If this blog gains some traction I’ll be glad to post the sims/families I put into my renovations as I plan on replacing the entire city of San Myshuno with my own sims.
