I don't know about you, but my main goal in life is to be as least stressed as possible. There are times where it can't be avoided but there are also times when you do have control over your own suffering. It's mind over matter. Strengthen your brain. Let things go and stop over-analyzing. Go with the flow more. Make choices in your life that will help you reach prolonged periods of peace and happiness, and if something you're doing isn't bringing that, remove it from your life (if you can.) Get your shit done and take care of anything that's broken or needs to be fixed because the longer you wait, the more you're going to keep thinking about it and the more amount of stress and anxiety you're going to have over time. Time is the most valuable asset; choose what YOU are going to do with the time you've been given. 😊💚
