Basically the idea here is that tamsy is able to isolate rudo following the theory that the 7th watchman series user is enjin, breaking rudos trust in enjin and team akuta, making him turn to tamsy to place his trust in instead.

Of course, tamsy takes advantage of this and guides rudo to use 'the curse', or his rage, so rudo attaches violence/taking his anger out on others with Tamsy's presence & approval. This is all to benefit Tamsy's plan, so its much easier to coax rudo to take down the sphere by using the curse.
