This evenings dinner. Toasted brown bread topped with tofu and Kalette. Tofu, tomato, butternut squash, onion, garlic, mild curry powder, fenugreek, salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, a little soy milk. Topped with kalette (really nice and does taste of a mix of Brussels sprouts and kale!) and if that wasn't enough I then sprinkled thinly sliced spring onions over it.
