Chronic fatigue is such a stupid symptom and it’s frustrating to explain to people. Like yeah no sorry I’m on a ton of meds rn and my disability is that I’m tired all the time. Yes I know you send me an email but I was sleeping, actually I wasn’t even sleeping I was just laying down because reading an email is exhausting. Like sorry I fell asleep on the train ride home yesterday and didn’t eat dinner because I’m too tired so I just had a piece of bread to take my meds with… like I’m normal some days and I’m chillin and am crazy productive. And like you can’t talk about it at work obvs I don’t want to be the guy who over shares but people genuinely don’t believe you like hi sorry for not doing my job I literally cannot function yes I know I look normal however my entire immune system is ripping me apart from the inside. Like you can’t tell people what’s wrong without over sharing but also they don’t believe you are disabled unless you LOOK disabled and even then they don’t give a fuck.
