AL, Logical!
A YA mathy graphic novel by me and my HS art teacher son. (Mostly @goldenboyreturns because he's also the pencils, inks, color and letters.) We'd appreciate any clicks, views, sharing/reblogging or support.
AL is a middle school student who's pretty sure she's not a math person, but unlocks her problem solving power in the mysterious neighborhood haunted house.
I'm really proud of the story, and especially Xavi's work.

Triple the Bum
The Jacobian meets Robespierre
Doodle for Mathober Day 23: Jacobian. Which, of course, made me think of Jacobins...
Talk about your sketchy puns.
ODD vs EVIL
Mathober Day 22: Odious.
Numbers in binary with an odd number of ones are odious. If not, evil.
All I can think is ODiousD and EVilEN, and that quirky mathematician sense of humor.
Geometry Band
Quick comic for Mathober Day 15: chord.
I'm almost sorry.
Monster Group
Such a crazy thing. M, the monster group, is the largest of the 26 sporadic groups. The sporadic groups are all the finite simple groups not members of the four infinite families of finite simple groups. The monster group has all 15 supersingular primes as divisors of its order.
What's supersingular? So glad you asked.
Blame it on Mathober Day 13: sporadic group

Polly Hedron Comics
I long thought Frank and Ernest the standard for bad puns. When they did a sequel for one of my favorites, I was thrilled.
So for Mathober Day 3: Polyhedron, I had to give it a go.

Mathober Day 1: Link
I was surprised Mathworld only had four named prime links. This joke immediately jumped into mind.
