With our travelers we’ll and truly drunk they decided to take a room at the Goodrest Inn and by the time they had awoken the bi-annual fight tournament was beginning.

Conan, Yubec, and Grumionem decides to enter and the others placed bets, Valnan especially making a lot of money. Grumionem did particuly well, almost killing Yubec in one match and knocking the champion Goliath dead in the final.

A happy Valentines day to everyone.

For our second session we saw our adventurers escape with the carriage to Goodrest, the last rest stop before Salvensburg. Half of the group went to a bookshop where Valnan bought a book on blood witches, Conan bought one on survival, and Ash bought a map on the local area.

Meanwhile Grumionem and Yubec went to the Inn where they bought a breakfast and some ale from themselves and an alcoholic homeless tiefling woman called Murla. It was there that they met Gunter, one of the woodsmen and therefore one of the great knights of Malique. Gunter was clearly wary of the group but when the rest of the group arrived he left them alone.

Unfortunately for the group the cultists they stole the carriage from turned up and confronted them. Gunter held a trial and after declaring them innocent he helped them defeat the cultists, learning that one of them had been taught dark magics by Miss Honeywell.

With their second battle in as many days, most of the group went to the blacksmith to get repairs and upgrades, except for Conan, Yubec, and Grumionem who went back to the Inn to get blackout drunk.

DM: there is a cursed orphan on top of you what do you want to do?

G: I want to punch the child as hard as humanly possible

With the cursed orphans defeated, Conan, still in her Lycan form stomps over to Mrs Honeywell. She growls at the witch angrily before slashing her across the chest and across the face, ripping her jaw off.

The group confronts Mrs Honeywell who says it was a child Kevin who has hurt himself, meanwhile Yubec pickpockets Mrs Honeywell and finds a miniature necromancers staff in her pocket. She goes off to attend to Kevin but comes back with out him. The group immediately decide to leave and Mrs Honey well snaps her fingers. The children transform into grey skinned cursed orphans, and those who ate the pie vomit it up, where it morphs into the shape of a child.
